A 15-year PR veteran and StoryBrand Certified Guide, April serve as FOA’s fractional Director of Marketing, focusing on helping the company communicate with its stakeholders through its website, email marketing, earned media coverage, awards, and more. Powered by cold brew smoothies, unshakeable playlists, and her three-year-old daughter/hype woman, April is also the owner of WordPop PR and holds a communication degree from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and a certification in Sustainable Business Practices from UCSD Extension. April has been honored for her work by the San Diego Press Club, the Public Relations Society of America, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
