Manager of the Customer Success Department

As a growing business, the management team at Fusco & Orsini Insurance Services is looking to add a new member.  Specifically, our agency has a need to stabilize it's customer success department (customer service) and is looking for a qualified person to take over the unit and make it their own!  Please read the following job requirements before applying. Please note that this position will provide a competitive salary, and will be discussed during the interview process.

A Qualified Applicant Must Possess the Following Skills

  • A self-driven person eager to make the department 'their own.'
  • Highly organized and able to manage several people.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to train on all service-related tasks, which will include:
    • Cancellations
    • Claims
    • Endorsements
    • Audits
    • Billing
    • Additional Named Insured Certificates
    • Insurance Requirements 
  • A qualified applicant will be willing to step-up and help both staff and customers.
  • The individual will possess the foresight to recognize inefficiencies within the department and recommend ways to improve.
  • Have the ability and personality to deal with 'trouble' clients and calls.
  • Working with technology and in various systems.
  • Implement workflows to meet maximum productivity, efficiency, and communication.
  • Train new staff.
  • Assist with department scheduling, such as granting vacation. This candidate must make sure the staffing levels remain adequate.
  • Complete performance reviews.
  • A qualified individual will also have involvement in the new hire process.
